Nye County SxS LLC organizes and hosts meet-ups, poker runs, and related off-road recreational events for the enjoyment of our community. Participation in any Nye County SxS LLC event, meet-up, ride, or activity is entirely voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

Assumption of Risk

Off-road and powersport activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, death, and property damage. By participating in any Nye County SxS LLC event or activity, you voluntarily assume all such risks.

Driver and Vehicle Responsibility

Each participant is solely responsible for the safe operation, maintenance, and condition of their own vehicle. As the operator of your vehicle, you are responsible for your own actions and decisions, as well as the safety and conduct of any passengers riding with you.

Zero Tolerance for Alcohol and Drug Use

Operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other impairing substance is strictly prohibited at all Nye County SxS LLC events and activities. This is not permitted under any circumstances. Participants who violate this policy do so in direct violation of these terms and bear full personal responsibility for any resulting harm, damage, or legal consequences.

Release of Liability

Nye County SxS LLC, its owners, organizers, members, volunteers, and anyone assisting with the planning or operation of its events or activities are not responsible or liable for any injury, death, property damage, loss, or other claim arising from participation in any Nye County SxS event, meet-up, ride, or activity.

Voluntary and Independent Activity

Meet-ups hosted by Nye County SxS LLC are informal social gatherings. Any rides or activities that take place before, during, or after a scheduled meet-up are voluntary, independently organized by participants, and are not sanctioned, organized, or supervised by Nye County SxS LLC.

By attending or participating in any Nye County SxS LLC event, meet-up, ride, or activity, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclaimer and agree to be bound by its terms.
